I placed an order/my card was charged on 6/6/25 for a quantity of 10 personalized sweatshirts. A few days went by and I realized I needed to touch base with someone because I hadn’t received the proofs yet and I was worried these items wouldn’t arrive in time for the event they were ordered for, and I wanted to request a difference in shipping preference (going by their shipping via their Etsy store, it was within 7-10 days of my order date, which would’ve been tight but would’ve worked). I reached out via email and immediately my email got returned. Sent it again, returned again. I reached out via Etsy - as I had previously communicated with them about the best way to order 10 sweatshirts. That message went unanswered. Emailed a few days later from a different email, again, it was returned. At this point, the event had taken place but I reached out via Etsy again. That message went unanswered. I tried Instagram, but the Instagram message won’t go through due to the settings of their account. I left a comment on an Instagram post and a review on FB and received no response. A few days later, a box arrived. It was the sweatshirts. I looked at the tracking and the label was created on 6/19. I received no email proofs of the designs, I received no shipping notification and was unsuccessful in receiving responses to my inquiries. Now, I have 10 customized sweatshirts that I didn’t approve of the design, beyond the date of the event with no communication or accountability. Extremely frustrating.
